Production Operative

Duties and Key Responsibilities
This position involves a wide range of duties and responsibilities, including:
• Production of Hose Assemblies from scratch
• Complying at all times with Safety and Quality procedures in your area.
• Reporting any product, package or machine deficiencies to the Supervisor
• Supporting other relevant personnel to ensure that the production line
runs smoothly, safely and efficiently, resulting in the output of products
which are of the highest quality, in line with company guidelines
• Maintain a safe and organised work environment at all times

Qualifications/Experience/Skills
The ideal candidate will have:
• Previous experience in similar roles would be an advantage, but not
essential as training will be provided.
• Strong work ethic, with motivation to achieve production targets
• Ability to work at a fast pace in a production environment.
• Teamwork and positive interpersonal skills.
• Good Basic English required
