Industrial & Farm Machinery Limited is carefully monitoring the situation regarding COVID-19 (Coronavirus). We wish to make you aware of some of the steps we are currently taking. We are currently adopting all measures in order to protect the health of our employees, customers, suppliers and the wider community. These steps are in line with the HSE and World Health Organization (WHO).

⚠️SALES / WAREHOUSE⚠️
Our sales team will no longer be calling to customer premises, however, they are available on a daily basis to make/receive telephone calls or email. Please do not hesitate to contact your local sales representative with any queries or orders.
Our Sales Office is fully operational. Contact details: +353 (0)42 937 2294.
Our warehouse is open and fully operational. We have implemented strict protocols and procedures for our teams.

❗TRADE COUNTER / RETAIL STORE❗
Our Trade Counter / Retail Store remains fully operational. We encourage contactless or card payments where possible to avoid the handling of money.

⚠️LORRY DELIVERIES⚠️
It is our intention that IFM would continue to deliver orders as normal. We respectfully request that any customers due to receive a delivery from our IFM lorry, that rather than having direct contact with our driver, alternative arrangements be made for all orders to be delivered to a suitable location at your premises.

❗ORDERING ONLINE❗
We are encouraging customers to order online on www.ifm.ie. If you are not registered, and would like to order online, please contact Lauren Reilly, Marketing Dept., +353 (0)42 9399 142.

⚠️SUPPLY CHAIN⚠️
We currently have no delays or issues with our supply chain. Our supply chain will continue to be monitored.

❗NOTICE❗
If a staff member from IFM recently visited your company and any of your employees test positive for this virus, IFM should be made aware as soon as possible. All information provided will treated with the strictest confidence. All correspondence in relation to this matter should be reported to Niall Taaffe, Operations Manager, +353 (0)42 939 9190
